Getting Started:
Themes - Is set on Impression throughout out Portal, no need to adjust.
Pages - This is the best way to navigate through the Portal while editing. Here you can create new pages and sub-pages.
Insert - This is the main editing tool on the Portal.
Publish - Please make sure to click Publish after you are done creating in the Portal, this will allow your work to be saved. If you do not want your page to become public you can select "Hide From Navigation" when you click on the side bullets of the page you are working on in the Pages" edit mode.
Page Owner & Last Updated Ticker -
Please add "Your Name & Date Last Updated" to the bottom of the page if you create or have ownership of a created page in the Portal
This will allow users to know who they can reach out to if they have any questions about the material, as well understanding of when it was last updated.
Google Drive -
Share Settings - Please make sure to add team.access@allhandsandhearts.org to the document you publish in the Portal.
Drive Location - Please make sure documents are not stored in "My Drive" but instead stored in the AHAH Shared Drive.
Links -
When you put a link to the Portal on a spreadsheet, remember if you change the path or name of the page then the link will break.
