A successful mentorship program would bring a range of benefits for mentees, mentors and the organization as a whole, as demonstrated below:
PILOT PROGRAM
We launched our first official mentorship program in January, 2021. 28 alumni were paired up to take part in our six month pilot program. This was a large undertaking as we designed every aspect of the program from the applications to the participant guidance ourselves. SECOND COHORT
For our second round of the program six pairs of mentors and mentees were matched and embarked on the six month program beginning in September 2021. We incorporated the feedback from the participants in our pilot program as well as our own lessons learned and best practices to evolve the program content and restructure the matching process.
