DM12 Coordination - Technology

With the introduction of DM12 we have had to pivot our systems and processes in the volunteer coordination space to facilitate this new cohort model. There are some key differences in both process and data structure in this model. The below document outlines the instructions to support VCMs in coordinating volunteers in this new process.
