When hiring a past volunteer or re-hiring a past staff member, please verify eligibility with HR prior to extending a verbal offer.
To begin the onboarding process, we ask that all hiring managers complete the below form as soon as the candidate has accepted a verbal offer. This will notify HR of your hire at which point they will extend the formal offer. If you have questions regarding compensation, please reach out to HR prior to extending a verbal offer. Once the offer is signed, HR will assign onboarding tasks for your new hire and various point persons within the organization to complete the onboarding process.
Through the onboarding process team members will receive their @allhandsandhearts Google account and as a result, receive access to Google Drive, the Portal and all organizational communications. Once they have access to their professional Gmail account they will be able to submit travel and item requests as well as any other number of processes often necessary as they start. Another imperative output of the onboarding process is getting our team members set up as part of payroll and ensures they are paid promptly and on time.
