Toolkits

HOST AN EVENT: This toolkit contains information on how to plan and carry out local community event. This could be anything from a social, purpose driven or skill sharing event. It also highlights how to find existing events and share these opportunities with other All Hands and Hearts alumni. Guidance is provided on creating an event plan, securing a venue and marketing the event.

 BE A MENTOR: This toolkit contains information on how to serve as a mentor within the All Hands and Hearts community, supporting alumni with their volunteer journey and/or their professional development.  Guidance is provided on how to utilise the mentoring service on the Alumni Network and we highlight the benefits of becoming a mentor.

RAISE FUNDS: This toolkit contains information on how raise funds to support our work as well as highlighting why these funds are vital. Guidance is provided on how to plan, market and carry out a fundraising event as well as alternative ways to raise funds for All Hands and Hearts.

STORY SHARING: This toolkit contains information on how our alumni can help amplify our message wherever they are in the world to help inspire others and raise brand awareness. Guidance is provided on how to plan, market and carry out an awareness raising event and other ways that our alumni can share their volunteer experience.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: This toolkit contains information to assist our alumni with job searching, marketing their skills and leveraging their volunteer experience in job applications and preparing for interviews. Guidance is also provided on where to search for additional volunteer, training, mentoring and professional networking opportunities and how alumni can support each other with their career development.
