On program - Groups completing Paperwork on Arrival

This page centralises all the resources to walk you through how to manage group participants in Salesforce who have completed their paperwork (paper waiver) when they arrive on base. 

i.e. Not ahead of time via our electronic application and waiver system

There are two scenarios where this might happen; 

1. Some group members fail to complete their electronic application and/or waiver before arriving

2. We don't know specific group members and all members need to complete paper waivers on arrival
