i.e. Not ahead of time via our electronic application and waiver system
There are two scenarios where this might happen;
Some group members fail to complete their electronic application and/or waiver before arriving
We don't know specific group members and all members need to complete paper waivers on arrival
A couple of participants haven't completed their application and/or waiver ahead of time and need to complete a paper waiver on arrival. Then we need to update the existing application and waiver records with the information.
