Project Cerberus is responsible for developing and implementing a privacy and security compliance framework. Its guiding principles are ethical behavior, transparency, and global standards and regulations. The project will be considered a success when privacy and security risks have been identified, analyzed, and mitigated for all software systems and processes, and a process is in place to maintain this state going forward.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of our current solutions and associated data flow
Inventory of solutions
Data flows: systems and humans/ process
Risk and issue logs
Create a clear and actionable remediation plan
Identify and focus on high priority areas, e.g. Classy UK, Background Checks
Bring all current solutions into compliance
Enable evaluation of new solutions for compliance
Data Privacy Officer position to oversee overall process
Leverage relevant regulations and best practices if available: GDPR, ISO, California - CCPA
Develop and USE training and education materials:
Onboarding and periodic standardized DPS training
Minimize impact on business processes
Improve workflow where possible
