The ODS is a custom application in Salesforce used for collecting beneficiary inputs, managing beneficiary needs based on vulnerability, and storing program-related work outputs. The ODS was launched in September 2020. Now that the application is live, the team is working on ways to:

Update objects and fields to meet stakeholder needs
