Browning Feld (150), like Tallowford, was an extremely minor town that rose to prominence in the third age due to a famous industry. The simple hamlet stood at the edge of a small teak forest north of the Redwyne, and thus much of the town’s industry relied primarily on logging. As a result, the simple village contained an unusual number of beautiful houses, exteriors hand-carved by the local artisans. Due to its distance from the Teak Road, the initial Dwarvic Invasion ignored Browning Feld as irrelevant to the war effort. A subsequent cleanup division made their way to the by-then deserted village in TA 3939, but Junior Marshall Halet Dorn couldn’t bear to destroy the iconic architecture of Browning Feld. Today its fabulous structures remain, but the rotting Teak wood has given the quiet area a gothic, almost horrific feel.
