The second-largest town in Ferrymellow after Peddleton, Biltshire sprung to prominence in antebellum Ferrymellow at the confluence of The Southfarthing and Teak Roads. It had a high proportion of inns and taverns to support resting travelers, and also housed many of the more successful farmers in the region, whose land lay nearby. At its peak around TA 2700, Biltshire boasted a population of roughly 1000. It was one of the first casualties of the Dwarvic Invasion. In the fourth age, hardly anything of BIltshire remains but charred house foundations and The cobblestone road cross that once marked the center of town.
