Singularity

The daeryds believe that their people will ascend into a collective omniscient being once all facts and ideas are collected and shared. 

Non-daeryds have also become interested in this prophecy. While they do believe that daerydean communion makes them the most affective for contributing toward this eventual singularity, the development of radiowaves, electronic signals, and psychic magic have made it accessible to others as well. Opening the Daerydean Cortex to non-daeryds is a hotly contested topic. Some unauthorized contributions have even been retroactively purged from the Cortex, which itself is considered by many Daeryds to itself be blasphemous.
