HUMAN
The men and women of Blimnor are relative newcomers to the pages of history. No records survive from the First Age or the Years of Absence that mentions the race. However, recent history has proven the adaptability and resilient spirit of The Children of Iban, so much so that their race is welcome in almost every part of the world. Humans of Blimnor are usually adaptable, cooperative, and capable of learning many new skills. However, they are often poorly-adapted to the most extreme climates of Blimnor, preferring the temperate regions of Ibania and Fafdor. If one wishes to maintain pleasant relations with all of the races and governments of Blimnor, Humans have the best chance of doing so.
ELF
Elves are a slender and elegant race, long lived and associated with the prehistorical spirituality that is said to have made the world. They have evolved into many ethnicities, each seemingly intrinsically linked the region and nature they settle.
High Elves:
The High Elves of Ewenaxh are among the most enigmatic peoples of Blimnor. Hailing only from the remains of Ea, they number only a few thousand, and bear little resemblance to their sister peoples of the sand, wood, and snow. They are tall and slender, with skin so pale it can seem almost irridescent. They have the closest natural connections to the Magicks of Blimnor of any race, but their sorcery requires decades to learn and can be quite unpredictable.
High Elves are primordial, mysterious creatures and as such, tend to lack much understanding for the other peoples of Blimnor. While not explicitly hostile, most records of High Elvish interactions with other races in the antebellum Third Age indicate polite, but short interactions where members of the race are reluctant to reveal anything of their people. A small expedition to the subcontinent by elvo-anthropologists from the University of Sparklek made landfall near Ewenaxh in TA 1202 and, while they were treated kindly, they were sent on their way with their provisions refreshed only two days after arriving, having learned little.
After the Dwarvic conquest of Ea, little is known of what few High Elves remain. Some believe the race went extinct in those fires, while others believe a handful of High Elves managed to escape. Even the most generous estimates put the number of possible High Elves to survive into the fourth age at under 50.

GNOME
The Gnomish people of Blimnor are relative newcomers to the world stage. Their origins are not known with certainty, but the prevailing theory is that gnomes were once an offshoot of ancient Dwarves, who lived apart from them for so long that they lost all resemblance. However, in the Third Age, Gnomes have finally taken their place on the global stage as one of the few races capable of standing up to the Dwarvic Conglomerate. Their love for tinkering and wedding magicks with technology have yielded a surprisingly advanced culture, if a somewhat disorganized one. Gnomish willingness to adapt to new laws and cultural paradigms have also affectuated many of Blimnor's most significant cultural shifts in recent years. For example, Udeluppa's decision to adopt Human Common as their official language of government and commerce in TA 1199 was likely instrumental in establishing the language of Common as standard throughout most of Blimnor. Indeed, so complete was Udeluppa's commitment to Common that nearly 50% of Gnomes no longer speak Gnomish fluently, preferring only to borrow certain particularly expressive words, turns of phrase, and phonemes. In fact, many of the newest names of towns and technology in Udeluppa bear no relationship to Gnomish whatever.
The Gnomish homeland is the island subcontinent of Udeluppa, situated in the center of the known world. It is known for its suprising geodiversity, from the immense Gorrup Mountains in the west, to the Delzanian Vineyards to the south, to the dangers of the jungle in the southeast known only as the Kiwep. But surely Udeluppa must be best known for the towering and labyrinthine city of Sparklek, the largest city in Blimnor. Known as a center of learning and industry, the towering buildings in the Central districts are held up through a combination of ingenious architectural design and clever enchantments. While such
