Rainlands

Maybe more of a map feature than a nation, but since the Years of Absence created the vast oceans, it's still possible that of what is ocean in modern blimnor may still be a wetlands during the first age. I picture vast marshes of endless rain, mostly populated by soggy barbaric people who move around in shallow boats, eating insects and amphibians and children probably.
