Artist statement: 

this addiction I wanted to focus on the addiction to ones image, I wanted to depict surgery and weight loss, anorexia. there are many different element in this piece that I added because I wanted the viewer to almost have to look hard to see all the details. I made the room empty to show the disconnect from reality one can get with body dysmorphia and the addiction to changing their body. 

I added color to a black and white design, I used musty color to contrast with the mirrors to show the disconnect. I used some linear perspective to show a the viewer I different pint of observation.
