reflection

through these past couple of months has been hard, starting I new school with teachers. art has always been a coping mechanism. Before I came here I was really lacing ideas of my own, my old school had us all doing the same thing and we were forced into a box when I came to creative freedom. The school wasn't my safe place when it came down to it, my old school had me in chains and I couldn't breathe. But here in freeport art has expanded I have found more creativity. I was able to express myself when it came to art, with new mediums and a different studio, it was easier to create what I wanted.

I learned from my mistakes to improve and add new skills to my art. I thought t was just a saying that we learn to form our mistakes but I have found that is true. Humans learn from past mistakes to improve.

I have always wanted to make art from painting to ceramics, I focused on marine animals because of the failing environment I have dedicated my art to them, to their environment. All of my most passionate art has been on marine life, flora, and fauna. I want to bring attention to all that view my art to bring attention to them, for people to realize how if the ocean goes we go too. I don't want to live in a world without whales, fish, dolphins and so many more animals. I don't want the future generations to never see a jellyfish. There is so much that we take for granted in this world and the ocean should not be one of them
