artist statement:

When creating this specific piece I wanted to focus on making many different scenes within the art, and not stay on one specific design but add multiple different parts to it. I found that using body parts, faces, eyes, lips, and snakes helped me achieve this.

I used multiple scraps of different textures to create a detailed and interesting background for the drawings. These included bubble wrap, tissue paper, netting, and tassels

While making this I didn't want the designs to stand out but let some to the imagination and so the viewer has to look. I achieved this by using dark colors and little highlighting.
