when creating this piece I had a prompt is was space how can I use space to show movement and creativity. while making this piece I was I wanted to show movement in an abstract way I did this by making lines move and turning the leaf through the air. I used a sharpie and colored pencils to shade and outline the leaf. I wanted the color of the left to be realistic but the outline to look like a comic, I wanted there to be realism and fiction through the art.

If I was to restart and try again I would have made fewer lines around the leaf and done less of an outline. I would have done more shading around the leaf to make look more like it was floating through the air.
