Slice 1 large cucumber
Mix in shallow bowl:
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. sugar
Put cucumbers in bowl and toss occasionally so all are marinated.
