In a large glass bowl or 9x13 baking dish,
layer:
Torn lettuce or spinach
Sliced mushrooms
Frozen green peas, defrosted and drained
Sliced hard-boiled eggs
Crumbled bacon
Sliced green onions
Sliced water chestnuts
Sliced red radishes
Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing.
Smooth over top of salad, sealing completely. Store in refirgerator overnight or until ready to serve.
