1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp, cider vinegar
2 cups pecan halves
1 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt.
Mix sugar and vinegar in container with cover. When sugar is dissolved, add pecans and shake until nuts are thoroughly coated. Spray a shallow baking pan with Pam and place nuts in pan in 250° oven. Bake until lightly brown, stirring often. Add margarine and seasoned salt and stir to coat nuts. Continue baking until a nice brown color. Cool and store in a tightly covered container or in refrig. This recipe makes 2 cups so I usually double it and bake in my roaster pan.
