2 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup bourbon (or rum)
3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Combine crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup of the sugar and nuts. Add bourbon and syrup. Mix well. Shape into 1" balls, then roll in remaining powdered sugar. Store in loosely covered container allowing to mellow about 2 days.
