1 lb. ( 4 - 4oz. fillets) trout, or sole
or any mild flavored fish
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Mix flour, salt and dash pepper in small, shallow bowl. Dredge fillets in flour. In a large skillet, melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Saute fish over moderate heat until golden brown, turning once.
Remove fried fish to platter and keep warm. Add remaining butter to skillet. When melted add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Heat thoroughly, scraping up bits of fish, etc from the bottom of pan. Pour over fish and serve with wedges of lemon and minced parsley.
