3 lb. cooked shrimp
1/4 lb. melted butter
2 large cans Fruit Cocktail, Peaches, Pineapple or whatever
Marinade:
1 cup salad oil
2 tsp paprika
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate shrimp in refrigerator 2 hrs. or more. Turn broiler on high and preheat. Line bottom of broiler pan with foil and arrange shrimp on half of pan with fruit on other half. Brush both with melted butter. Broil 5 min. without turning.. Should be enough for 6.
