One 8" pie shell
2 cups chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup milk
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika to taste
Sauté onions in butter until soft. In a separate pan, mix egg, milk, cream cheese and seasonings. Heat over med. heat, stirring with a whisk until smooth and creamy. Spread onions over bottom of pie shell; pour over cheese mixture*. Bake at 350° until a knife can be inserted and come out clean, - about 35 min.
* Can be covered with foil and refrigerated overnight.
