1 1/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 Cups 10x sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1 - 9oz. can crushed pineapple
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup cream, whipped
Mix crumbs and l/4 cup burrer. Pat half of mixture in bottom of 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with half of the coconut. Cream 1/2 cup butter with 10x sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Spread this mixture over coconut. Drain cherries and pineapple. Fold into whipped cream along with chopped nuts. Spread over creamed mixture. Top with remaining coconut and crumbs. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Serves 8.
