3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 small can of mushroom pieces
Sauté above ingredients in margarine until limp. Add one roll garlic process cheese and 1 can mushroom soup. Stir till cheese is melted. Cook 1 pkg. chopped broccoli according to directions; drain and combine with above. Serve in a chafing dish with Fritos or other sturdy crackers. This dip was all the rage at our parties in the 60s, but I love it still, maybe because I love anything with cheese and/ or broccoli.
