8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter or good margarine
1 Tbsp. caraway seed, crushed in mortar
1 Tbsp. capers, minced
1 Tbsp. chives or green onion tops, minced
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 anchovy, minced.
Blend all ingredients and form into ball. Sprinkle with paprika and chill. Serve with party rye or vegetables.
