l small bowl Cool Whip
l small can lemonade concentrate, frozen
l can Eagle Brand milk
Crumb crust or baked pie shell
By hand, mix Cool Whip, lemonade concentrate and milk until smooth. Pour into crust and chill. A variation taught me by a young singer from SMU uses Ritz crackers for the crust, l - large container Cool Whip, orange juice concentrate and 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained. This one needs a 9x13 pan.
