Rownhams-Lord's Wood
This starts from Harrison Way in Rownhams, goes through the nature park and on into Lord's Wood. Paths here are numerous and thus, although we walked 5km (3 miles), you can choose the paths to suit your preference.
Although part of the walk in on gravel tracks, other parts are very muddy in winter and wellies are recommended in the wet season.

Park in Harrison Way and take the path through the kissing gate down to the gravel path in teh valley.

Follow the gravel path to its end and keep going straight, towards the woods at the end.
