Lulworth Ranges

Walked July 2023

This 17km (10.6mile) route skirts through the Lulworth Range Walks, taking in a beautiful stretch of the Jurassic Coast and the shale beach of Kimmeridge.  If 17km proves too demanding there is a web of paths you can use to shorten the route and take in the deserted village of Tyneham.

The Lulworth Range paths are open most weekends, but check the website before before setting out.

The campsite at Steeple Leaze Farm is open from May to September and this is where we started and finished.  A good starting point is the car park at Grange Hill (Grid reference SY 904 817, https://w3w.co/thick.hoofs.unpainted ).
