Avebury - Windmill Hill

This walk starts at the National Trust Avebury Car Park, takes you through the village, with an opportunity to divert and walk the stones. There is also a cafe and a number of National Trust museums to visit in Avebury. From here you climb up to the hill fort on Windmill Hill with its views across the countryside, before descending to the nature reserve and village of Yatesbury. The final stretch is past the long barrow and stone avenue back to Avebury.
