King's Somborne - Parnholt Wood

Park in King's Somborne, we parked in Camp Field (grid ref: SU 364 310).
Walk up Winchester Road until you see a footpath on the right (the Clarendon Way). Take this.
1.
Continue up the hill, through the fields, past the horse jumping areas until you join the track.

At this point you can shorten the walk by turning right.
Turn left onto the track and continue a little way up the hill until you see a track on the right. Take this bridle way through the fields towards the wood. At the time we walked, it was un waymarked.

Continue up the hill, straight through the woods and out onto the track at the top.
Turn right and continue past the bluebell woods until you come to a crossroads. Turn right down the hill through through Parnholt Wood. Continue on this track through the beech wood and out through the valley until you reach the metalled road.

When you meet the road, turn left and continue back to King's Somborne.
