Friday I wore my blue jeans to celebrate being on the walking challenge winning team! Good health practices can be "comfortable" and rewarding. :-)
As you scurry and hurry this holiday, please consider squeezing in at least "12 Days of Fitness!" Take care of you so you can take care of others. It's the BEST gift you can give!
Would anybody like to get together for yoga, zumba, circuit training, walking, hula hooping, kettle bells, step aerobics, kick boxing, etc.? Let me know how you are interested in moving and what days work best for you. Have a mOOOOving and grooving holiday!
The new Pete the Cat encourages you to "give it your all" this holiday. I'm thinking working in "12 Days of Fitness" would be a GREAT start. ;-)
