1st Grade--Connecting Careers to Strengths
Read How Santa Got His Job
What were Santa's strengths? How did this make him the perfect fit for "Santa?"
Career Project--one side of the egg is personal strengths, the other "Lucky Duck" job
1--crack your egg in two pieces
2--write what you like on what side
3--write a good fit job for those skills and interest on the other
4--Mrs. Broam will brad the egg pieces to the colorful paper.
5--create a duck that is doing the job you've described: a pet groomer could have a brush, a police officer a badge, librarian with a book, etc.
