We LOVE TO LISTEN!
There's gonna be Problems but that's NO PROBLEM because we are Problem SOLVERS. Being TOGETHER is better, even though it's sometimes a challenge.
I can BREATHE.
Taking a deep breathe focuses our minds, calms our bodies and helps us do our best work.
ALL feelings are okay.
Some are pleasant and some are unpleasant, but it's "okay" to feel them all. We must choose "okay" ways to work our feelings~(1) Nobody gets hurt (2) Nothing gets broken
I WILL be a teddy bear friend!
A teddy bear friend listens and helps. A teddy bear friend is kind and makes the world a better place!
