Inhale and move your body to "cow." Your "udders" drop towards the floor, your "tail" and chin lift to the ceiling.
On the exhale, round your back and drop your head, like an angry cat. If you drop your head more towards the floor, you'll feel a lengthening or stretch in the back of the neck. When Pete the Cat wears his Magic Sunglasses, he remembers the birds are singing and the sky is bright! The sun is shining and he's feeling alright. Take several breaths in and out, and move again and again from cat to cow. You'll feel MORE than alright with these simple moves. :-)
