Count backwards from ten.
Write in a journal.
Talk to someone.
Use an I-Message--heart talk.
Draw a picture.
Exercise.

Pray.

Squeeze and release--tense your body then relax.
Be the sun!
Be a mountain.
Play with your toys.
Think of a peaceful place.
