Breathe in and "hum" out your breath! When you can't hum anymore, take another breath. When you run out of breath this time, take one more breath! After you hum out the third breath, you sit quietly. Humming Bee Breath is good for headaches! It's a way to breathe when it's okay to make a little noise! Could you do it in your classroom? Maybe not . . . but it's a good breath to know about for when you can be a little musical. :-)
