Erythrocyte: RBC. GN, may be a normal finding in Pt who play contact sports

Leukocyte: WBC. Pyelonephritis, GN, interstitial nephritis, renal inflammatory processes

Epithelial: Renal tubular cells. ATN, interstial nephritis, eclampsia, nephritic synd., allograft rejection, heavy metal ingestion, renal dz.

Granular: various cell types. Advanced renal dz.

Waxy: various cell types. Advanced renal dz.

Fatty: lipid-laden renal tubular cells. Nehrotic synd, renal dz, hypothyroidism

Broad: various cell types. ESRD
