Attention and Calculation: Total 5 points.

Substract 7s backwards from 100 in a serial fashion to 65. Alternatively, ask serial 3s from 20 or spell WORLD backwards.

Recall: Total 3 points

Ask Pt. to name a pencil and watch as you show these objects (2)
