ON CALL IDIOT

- Onset

- Number of times a day

- Consistency, color, content (blood, fat, mucus), cramps, tenesmus.

- Associated symptoms: tenesmus, fever, runny nose, rash, cough, sorethroat, ear d/c, vomiting

- Listless/lethargic baby

- Liquids: urine, diaper changes, ORS?

- Immunizations

- Diet changes, dehydration signs

- Day care center, developmental milestones

- Infection: sick contacts

- ORS

- Travel hx.
