Tony Two-Tone is a Lagos Nomad mystic. He derives his name due to the perpetual sun-tan that boldly demarcates the boundary between his legs and torso. He helped initially to form the Lagos Nomads, but due to the nature of their organization, he only leads a small subset of them.
