Description: You are feel like killing your foe is not the right answer. Let them learn from their mistakes, maybe they will follow the values in your moral fiber.
Effect: You will spare the next opponent would would otherwise kill. A lethal blow will cause your target to become non-targetable and make them flee at top speed. The target will drop half of their normal loot, but the experience gained is doubled.
If the character would kill another PC while Merciful is active, the other PC is reduced to 1 health and is non-targetable for 30 seconds.
Acquisition/Removal:
Gained from the skill Mercy.
Removed upon dealing a lethal blow.
Some areas (such as Safe Zones) automatically apply Merciful on to characters, and reapply it as long as they remain in that zone.
