Beautiful gardens, rumored to be untouched by the war. The location of its creator is currently unknown. In one place in the gardens, a fountain of nutrient rich water called the Pierian Spring keeps a number of terrestrial plants healthy despite the variant space station conditions. It was originally intended to be a living library of plants, and many earth species are represented here. A large section of the garden is annotated, with plants arranged in alphabetical order by their Latin names.
Somewhere in the gardens is also the entrance to a deep and massive underground greenhouse that stretches well beyond the edges of the island. It contains rows and rows of variants of a small plant that disappear beyond the horizon's vanishing point. Each plant has a serialized genome modification from its neighbor, much like a plant-version of The Library of Babel, except that the non-viable plants are obviously not present. The surviving species that exist represent a virtually complete genetic spectrum of the plant.
A tea house is kept by attendants on the island. Typically only the wealthy are ever able to make it to the island, so they need not worry about invasion by opportunist looters, and instead cater to the visitors with delights from the gardens.
Although flora are more abundant than fauna here, some creatures such as the tsukemono dragon and animated mutant carrot have taken up residence here.
