Special: Each time this skill is used, the Mystic must pay experience based on the rank of the skill. Enchant can be set up as a skill that can be purchased through a vendor.
Description: Summon forth the unpredictable magics of space and time to inhabit an item. If an item does not already bear magical properties, it gains a random magical property based on the rank of the Enchant skill. There is a (Rank*2)% chance that multiple beneficial traits will be selected, but for each beneficial trait, a negative trait is selected to balance the magical energy.
Beneficial:
Adds 1 to (Rank*2) random elemental damage to attacks,
Adds 1 to (Rank*5) of random attribute.
Adds 1 to (Rank *10) health.
Adds 1 to (Rank *10) energy.
Adds 1 to (Rank*2) max AP.
Increases AP regeneration speed by 1 to (Rank*2)%.
Adds 1% to (Rank*2)% chance to knock back foe on hit.
Increases attack speed by 1% to (Rank*2)%
Increases item's current and max durability by 1 to (Rank).
Item casts light radius from 1 to (Rank).
Negative:
Lose 1 to (Rank*5) of random attribute to a minimum of 1.
Reduces attack speed by 1% to (Rank)%
Decreases item's current and max durability by 1 to (Rank) to a minimum of 1.
Item reduces light radius from 1 to (Rank).
Cold Affinity (Passive)

Description: When you Enchant an item, there is (Rank*10)% chance to add an additional cold damage attribute to an enchanted item. All of your attacks gain a bonus (Rank) cold damage.
