Related to their terrestrial counterparts, these fast-breeding starling variants are more akin to insects in their life-cycles, breeding and carrying their newborn on the wing. What has resulted is a single swarm of starlings that never stops flying, feeding, and breeding. Its size is proportional to the amount of food available and the actions of predators. At most it is a nuisance, since it is not known to attack humans, only eating plants and insects.
