The Mountain Warriors are the only collaborative entity that exists around Badstar and Frostberg. Their organization has many parallels to the hierarchy of medieval knightly orders. Players that are members of the Mountain Warrior faction receive the benefits from its status.
This group takes it upon themselves to teach the youth who reside in the north one lesson: Trust no one. This objective is accomplished through the telling of children's tales. Some of these tales are still relics from Earth, except that they are twisted in such a way that the end result is to learn that the protagonist would've been better off trusting him or herself rather than relying on the help of others.
Despite the instilled mistrust of others and general extreme isolationism, the cohesiveness of the Mountain Warriors is maintained by trust in family and unbesmirched honor among the members. For on outsider to gain membership with the Mountain Warriors, they would be expected to perform a number of loyalty-demonstrating tasks that require great sacrifice.

The Snail and the Cheetah
"You're so slow, snail. In a race with anyone, you would lose," said cheetah.
"Why don't we race and find out?" said snail.
They set off in a race, and by the time cheetah reached the middle of the race, snail had barely crossed the starting line. Cheetah laughed and decided to take a nap.
Cheetah overslept and awoke many hours later. Snail was nearly to the finish line!
Cheetah took off running, and crushed snail underfoot before snail could finish the race.
The moral of the story? Don't trust anyone.
Five Little Ducks
Five little ducks
Went out one day
Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
"Quack, quack, quack, quack."
But only four little ducks came back.
Four little ducks
Went out one day
Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
"Quack, quack, quack, quack."
But only three little ducks came back.
Three little ducks
Went out one day
Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
"Quack, quack, quack, quack."
But only two little ducks came back.
Two little ducks
Went out one day
Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
"Quack, quack, quack, quack."
But only one little duck came back.
One little duck
Went out one day
Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
"Quack, quack, quack, quack."
But none of the five little ducks came back.
What is the moral of this tune?
I will tell you that very soon,
There's but one truth under the sun,
That is you should never trust anyone.
