This handwritten book is bound by twine is covers of cardboard. A few soil stains are on its pages, and it has suffered some water damage. An excerpt follows;
Farming is nothing like when I was young. I'd sit with my dad in the great big tractor's cabin, high above the field. It would plow and harvest effortlessly, as my dad spun the steering wheel to guide it. We never use to fight against the crop then. It would always grow so nice, yielding plump, obedient vegetables and fruits.
Things are different now. Now we have to battle the harvest.
