Blackwater

Blackwater is a city raised in proximity to a decrepit, but still functioning nuclear power station that is connected to the GRIEF. As a result, the residents enjoy the luxury of electricity, however as a consequence, most of the water and food is riddled with radioactivity.

It is typically held in contest by either the Radchildren or the Chestonites, although sometimes by the Humanists.
