Are you able to give us your insights about empathy, how you have seen empathy being able to resolve tricky and difficult situations. Can you give your definition of empathy through that.
Example: Empathy in its purest form. You have a more sensing ability to experience what they go through. By a couple of questions they can go deep. People seem to be comfortable and be themselves. They feel warm around you. Otherwise they wouldn’t. They would just share anything. I find it a beautiful way to build relationships.
When you have been faced with extremely unhappy people, what did you do, what did you access in order to bring them out of the unhappiness?
When they get stuck, I will share a brief story of a similar experience. It leads them in going deeper into talking about themselves.
Empathy is:
Ability to sense someone else’s truth, their experiences;
Ability to have someone feel comfortable in a conversation setting
Not something you can necessarily detect or put your finger on
A beautiful way to connect, build relationships
